About the Company
GADARAG TRADING LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, with its operating desk in Central London. We are a sourcing and trading house — meaning we take real positions, write real contracts and move real cargo. We do not arrange. We trade.
Our remit is the procurement, blending, logistics and delivery of commodities across the metals, agricultural, energy and industrial verticals. We work with verified producers at origin, certified inspection agencies in transit, and established off-takers at destination.
From a base in London, our network reaches into the producing belts of Africa, Central Asia, the Middle East, the Caucasus and Latin America — and into the consumption hubs of Europe, the Gulf and South Asia.
What We Trade
A focused portfolio of physical commodities — sourced at origin, blended to specification, delivered against verified documents.
Gold doré, silver, copper concentrate, zinc, lead, aluminium and ferro-alloys — sourced from licensed mining operations and certified refineries.
Wheat, corn, barley, sunflower seed, rapeseed and soybean — sourced from premier farming regions in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Black Sea basin.
Soft commodities sourced directly from cooperatives and estates — Arabica and Robusta coffee, cocoa beans, raw and refined sugar.
Crude oil, refined petroleum products, fuel oil, bitumen, LPG and LNG cargoes — handled through established trading partners and bonded terminals.
Thermal and metallurgical coal varieties — calorific values matched to buyer specification, with origin and quality certification.
Cement, clinker, structural steel, rebar, sanitary ware and aggregates — sourced for major infrastructure and construction programmes.
Urea, DAP, NPK blends, ammonia and selected industrial chemicals — handled in compliance with REACH and origin-country export rules.
Bentonite, kaolin, gypsum, silica sand, talc and selected industrial minerals — to mining, ceramics and construction industries.
End-to-end cargo handling across ocean, air and overland modes — with customs clearance, surveys and documentary credit support.
Our Approach

Every supplier is independently verified — site visits, licence checks, sanctions screening and beneficial-ownership review before a single contract is signed.
SGS, Bureau Veritas, Cotecna and Intertek surveys at loading and discharge — independent assay, weight and moisture certificates on every shipment.
Bills of lading, certificates of origin, COA, fumigation, phytosanitary and customs documents managed centrally — payment never moves ahead of paper.
Letters of credit, documentary collections and SBLCs structured with first-tier UK and EU banking partners. Transparent, auditable, never opaque.
Marine cargo, war-risk and credit insurance through the Lloyd's of London market. Currency and price exposures hedged where appropriate.
Full compliance with UK Companies Act 2006, HMRC, OFSI sanctions regime and origin-country export controls. No exceptions, no grey zones.
